Experience Yoga at Held!
We are excited to welcome you to experience the different types of yoga classes that are regularly scheduled at Held for FREE during our Yoga Open House!​

10:00-11:15 Morning gentle Hatha yoga with Lynn
Sequences move from pose to pose with time to reflect and refine in each shape. Asana is explored with a focus on using props (straps, bolsters, blankets and chairs) to refine your understanding and practice.
12:30-13:30 and 17:30-18:30 Hatha yoga with Kat
Hatha as a holistic yoga practice, exploring breath, movement, and meditation; working with setting intention and what is here and now. A moment to fill our golden cups.
19:00-20:15 Yin yoga with Lynn
Slow paced and gentle practice, designed to increase mobility, mobilize, stretch, and hydrate the body’s extensive fascial network, and invite the practitioner into a deeply meditative internal space. Practitioners are encouraged to establish their own “edge” in every pose—to work within the limitations of their own bodies.
