Led by cauri jaye and Lynn Castilla, this experience blends mindful tea-making with intentional movement, offering you tools for a holistic approach to self-care.

Part 1: Crafting Herbal Infusions (1 Hour)
Under the guidance of herbal enthusiast cauri jaye, you’ll learn the essentials of creating your own herbal infusion blends—a soothing process of steeping herbs, flowers, or botanicals to draw out their natural flavors and benefits. We'll explore how to combine ingredients that not only serve a specific purpose, such as relaxation or energizing focus, but also create a blend that delights your taste buds. As we sip together, we’ll use conversational prompts (and ChatGPT support) to expand our discussion, helping you deepen your understanding of herbal remedies and their role in your well-being. By the end of this session, you'll have the knowledge to craft your own blends and take home an infusion created by your own hands.

Part 2: Building Your Authentic Yoga Practice (1.5 Hours)
Lynn Castilla will lead the second part, guiding you through a Hatha yoga sequence that blends structured guidance with self-led practice. This approach allows you to explore your inner rhythms, meet your body where it is today, and begin building a practice that authentically fits your lifestyle. Through gentle movement, mindfulness, and reflection, Lynn will offer support as you develop a practice that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit—on and off the mat. You’ll leave empowered with the tools and confidence to design a self-care practice that evolves with you.
