Sobre o evento
ContaKids is a joyful, sensory practice designed to foster meaningful connections between parents and children through playful, physical interaction. It offers parents an opportunity to slow down, step out of the adult world, and rediscover their own inner child. Through guided exercises, parents and children strengthen their bond, creating a space to explore, play, and simply be present together. This unique experience not only deepens family relationships but also invites a mindful pause from everyday responsibilities.
This course is guided by Mariana de Sousa, a multidisciplinary artist from Porto, known for her work as an opera singer and performer. As a certified ContaKids facilitator, she combines voice, movement, and contact dance to foster playful connections between parents and children. Her recent collaboration with the Xiquítsi project in Mozambique highlights her commitment to using art for communication and personal growth.
