This 3.5-hour session is a sanctuary from the busy-ness of life, designed to teach you practical techniques to cultivate deep relaxation and ease in your everyday life. Begin with a calming self-massage workshop led by Maria Nicolau, followed by a restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra session guided by Lynn Castilla to bring you into profound rest. You’ll also learn soothing breathwork and engage in a mindful creative practice exploring the flow and restful mindfulness of Enso circles.
